Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Jaipur. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing business strategies, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives. The role includes conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the company's goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
• Skills in Market Research, Business Strategy Development, and Negotiation
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to Work Independently and in a Team Environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the Interior Design or Home Furnishings Industry is a plus
