Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 14 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in business development and sales.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase loyalty and retention.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and revenue.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Proven track record of success in business development and sales, preferably in the BFSI industry.
Strong understanding of the BFSI sector, including financial products and services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is an advantage.
