Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Business Development Manager (EPR). The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, drafting proposals, and negotiating contracts. The manager will oversee the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) operations, develop partnerships, and ensure compliance with environmental regulations. Responsibilities also include market research, strategy development, and achieving revenue growth targets.

Qualifications

• Strong business development and client relationship management skills
• Experience in sales, contract negotiation, and account management
• Familiarity with EPR operations, environmental compliance, and waste recycling
• Excellent communication, presentation, and networking abilities
• Strong research and analytical skills for market analysis and strategy formulation
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
• Previous experience in environmental management, recycling, or sustainability sectors is highly desirable
