Business Development Manager

to strengthen our enterprise sales vertical.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential enterprise clients, especially in sectors like banking, finance, and large-scale businesses.
Handle the
end-to-end sales cycle
: prospecting, client meetings, product presentations, proposal development, negotiations, and deal closures.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate and updated records using CRM tools (CRM experience is mandatory).
Collaborate with the technical and implementation team to deliver client-specific software solutions.
Keep up with market trends and competitor offerings to tailor pitch strategies effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience (35 years) in
B2B/Enterprise Software Sales
, preferably in accounting, ERP, or financial software.
Strong understanding of
Tally solutions
and its enterprise application is an added advantage.
Experience in handling large/complex sales cycles and high-value deals.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in using
CRM tools
for pipeline tracking and reporting.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
