Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager-Enterprises located in Mumbai. The role entails identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with enterprise clients, and developing strategic partnerships. The manager will focus on presenting and positioning the company’s portfolio of products and services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. Regular collaboration with internal teams to align sales strategies and meet business objectives will also be required.


Qualifications

  • Strong business development and relationship management skills, with experience in selling IT solutions or services to enterprise clients.
  • Knowledge of Hybrid cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, and other enterprise technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify opportunities and develop actionable business plans.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation, automation, and emerging technologies such as AI and IoT is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field is required; an MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Sales Experience of minimum 5 years in Mumbai ,Pune region for Enterprise IT Infra Solutions
