Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, executing outreach strategies, and generating leads. The role involves preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet sales targets and deliver optimal solutions for each client's unique needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in identifying and pursuing business opportunities, lead generation, and market research
• Proficiency in client relationship management, negotiations, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of software development processes, product lifecycle, and emerging technologies like AI/ML or Blockchain is preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and developing long-term partnerships
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Familiarity with the technology sector or prior experience in a similar industry is an advantage
