The Business Development Manager - Emerging Corporates will concentrate on establishing and maintaining relationships with emerging corporate clients.
Key responsibilities encompass identifying new business opportunities, understanding client needs, and providing customized banking solutions.
The position necessitates prospecting new clients, meeting sales targets, and managing client relationships with efficiency.
Strong sales and negotiation skills are crucial for success in this position.
Generate new business for the bank through the acquisition of CASA and other banking products.
Manage and promote CASA through various marketing activities.
Analyze customer needs and deliver tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Provide professional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Specific Requirements:
Candidates should be technologically proficient and comfortable utilizing devices such as tablets and mobile phones.
Prior sales experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, NBFC sector is required.
Preference will be given to candidates with a background in Banking Sales (Assets & Liability Products).
Desired Behavioral/Functional Traits:
Candidates should be youthful and energetic, with a strong passion for sales.
A strong customer service orientation, along with adherence to processes, is essential.
Education: A bachelor's degree is required.
Work Experience: 1 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably from a Banking or Financial industry background.
Age Range: 21 to 30 years.
