Job Description

  • Seeking a BDM to generate leads, handle client meetings, and promote our drone-based aerospace solutions.

Qualification

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;
  • MBA preferable

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and potential partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align business goals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  • Negotiate deals and close agreements to maximize company growth.
  • Monitor sales performance and conversion metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings.
  • Track industry trends and report on new business opportunities to senior management.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with business leads, interactions, and progress.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (mandatory)
  • Masters degree in Business Administration or Marketing (preferred)
  • Experience:
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and growing business accounts

Skills

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent presentation and proposal writing abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strategic thinking and ability to identify and act on new opportunities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Good understanding of sales funnels, conversion rates, and business development cycles

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or enterprise-level client engagement
  • Knowledge of digital business development strategies and online lead generation
  • Exposure to international markets and cross-border business development

Physical Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel to meet clients, attend events, and explore new markets
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
