Job Description

  • Looking for a Marketing Executive with experience in digital and offline promotions, SEO, ad campaigns, and branding.

Qualification

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • A Masters degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive company growth and market expansion.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify target audiences and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, and management) to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders to support brand visibility.
  • Create and implement integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, events) to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Manage the companys social media presence, website, and digital marketing activities to attract and engage customers.
  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and deliver compelling marketing presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.
  • Support product launches and collaborate with the product team on competitive positioning and messaging.
  • Identify new promotional opportunities and marketing channels in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Prepare and present regular marketing performance reports to senior management.

Requirements

  • Education

    : Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience

    : 2-5 years of experience in marketing or related roles.
  • Experience executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, social media advertising).
  • Experience with CRM systems and lead management.
  • Proficiency in market research and competitive analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of customer behavior and market dynamics.
  • Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Knowledge of branding, content creation, and sales funnel optimization.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with email marketing, content marketing, and marketing automation tools.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools and data analytics.
  • A Masters degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • Experience in event planning and trade show coordination.

Physical Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel for marketing events and networking opportunities as needed.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
