Job Description

Identify and close new business opportunities in IT services and staff augmentation.
Generate qualified leads through networking, LinkedIn outreach, cold calls, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships across domestic and international markets.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and RFP responses tailored to client needs.
Meet sales targets while maintaining accurate pipelines and CRM reports.

Roles

Drive end-to-end business development activities for IT service offerings
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for solution mapping.
Represent the company in client discussions, negotiations, and presentations.
Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams and maintain client satisfaction.
Monitor market trends to refine sales approaches and identify new opportunities.

Skill Sets Required

Strong knowledge of IT services, staff augmentation, and outsourcing models.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
