We specialize in delivering end-to-end event operations, including: -Turnkey Government and Institutional Events including Trade Fairs, Conferences, Business Exhibitions and Festivals -Event Production & Technical Management -National and International Exhibition Stall Design & Fabrication With successful project deliveries across India and international markets such as Dubai, Riyadh, and Singapore, we are known for our precision-driven execution, design & sustainable innovation, budget optimization and operational excellence. As we expand our International Exhibition Booth Fabrication business and strengthen our Government & Corporate BD vertical, we're looking for a passionate Business Development / Sales Manager to join our growing team. *Role Overview* The Business Development / Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through: a) Client Acquisition in the Exhibitions & Events domain (Domestic & International). b) Government Tender Participation identifying, preparing, and submitting bids. c) Building long-term relationships with corporates, trade show organizers, and government departments. d) Supporting the management team in strategic business expansion initiatives. This is a high-visibility role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is passionate about building business in the event & exhibition industry. *Key Responsibilities* 1. Client Development & Sales: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the exhibition booth fabrication segment (India & overseas). Approach and engage exhibitors participating in global expos (via databases, leads, and direct outreach). - Develop & maintain relationships with clients, trade show organizers, and agencies. - Pitch design and fabrication capabilities to international & domestic exhibitors. 2. Government Tendering & Institutional Projects - Regularly monitor GeM, CPP, and departmental tender portals for relevant opportunities. - Coordinate bid preparation including technical & financial proposals, documentation, and compliance. - Liaise with government departments, PSUs, and cultural institutions for upcoming event opportunities. 3. Corporate Partnerships & B2B Marketing - Support in proposal writing, presentations, and client meetings. - Collaborate with the design and operations teams to prepare client-specific proposals. - Represent Dops Event Operations LLP in industry forums, exhibitions, and networking events. 4. Strategic & Reporting - Maintain updated CRM and pipeline tracking. - Prepare sales forecasts, conversion reports, and performance updates. - Contribute to strategic BD planning with management. *Desired Candidate Profile* - Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within Event Management / Exhibition Fabrication / Marketing Solutions / Agency domains. - Excellent communication and presentation skills (English & Hindi). - Strong understanding of event operations, stall design, and fabrication process. - Knowledge of government tendering processes (GeM, CPP, PSU bids) will be a strong advantage. - Ability to work independently and coordinate across creative, technical, and operations teams. - Willingness to travel for client meetings and on-site visits (Domestic & International). *Education* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Event Management / Mass Communication (MBA preferred). *Compensation* Competitive salary + performance-linked incentives.
