Business Development Manager - Digital Marketing

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong experience in selling digital marketing services to D2C brands and e-commerce businesses. The ideal candidate should be confident in client acquisition, pitching end-to-end digital solutions, and closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, generate, and close new business opportunities for digital marketing services
• Sell services including:
• Website Development
• Social Media Marketing & Management
• Performance Marketing (Meta, Google Ads, etc.)
• Influencer Marketing
• UGC Content & Creator Collaborations
• Work with 

  D2C brands and e-commerce sellers

   across various categories
• Understand client business models and propose customized digital solutions
• Lead sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, performance, creative, tech) for smooth execution
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Track leads, proposals, and closures using CRM tools
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and competitor offerings

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong understanding of 

  digital marketing services and pricing models

• Proven experience in selling services to 

  D2C brands & e-commerce businesses

• Knowledge of marketplaces like 

  Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho

   is a plus
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to close deals independently
• Strategic thinking with a revenue-driven mindset
