Business Development Manager

Experience: Min 2+ years (IT Experience)

Education: Any B.Tech/ BE/MCA/BCA/BBA or any technical background

• Generate leads and inquiries through multiple channels, including existing networks, online platforms, market research, and networking sites.
• Must know how to generate leads using the LinkedIn and sales navigator. also knowledge of Upwork and freelancer.com 
• Conduct client meetings (with prior appointments), deliver demos, presentations, or trials to showcase software and services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat and referral business while identifying new market opportunities.
• Understand project requirements clearly and coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate scope communication.
• Manage bidding activities for web and mobile app development projects on various portals; must have good marketing skills and tech awareness.
• Prepare and present business proposals, RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and detailed documentation; proficient in writing and presentation skills.
• Perform competitor analysis, secondary research, and database building; stay updated on market trends to inform business strategies.
• Meets the monthly targets that will be agreed & understands the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
