Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and

growth objectives.

  • Understand potential of the Dealers & make a strategy accordingly for a sustainable

business.

  • Identifying the gap areas for the appointment of the new dealers to spread the footprints.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and manage all stages of the sales cycle from

lead generation to deal closure.

  • Map the Chemical demonstrations as per SOPs for the identification of the right

customers wherein frontline team can invest their time to build up the customer base.

  • Relationship Management:
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients & Channel partners, ensuring end

customer satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for major accounts, providing personalized

solutions and delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Collaborate closely with support teams & Logistics to ensure smooth execution and

delivery.

  • Market Intelligence & Reporting:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify new

business opportunities.

  • Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and performance metrics to

senior management.

  • Analyze customer needs, buying behaviors, and feedback to arrange an inventory

management & Sales strategy.

  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer support teams to drive

alignment and support sales efforts.

  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior sales team members, sharing best practices and

offering coaching as needed.

  • Participate in regular sales meetings and provide insights into market trends and customer

requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 12 to 15 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a coolant, cutting tools &

Cleaning Chemicals with a track record of meeting or exceeding Sales.

  • Experience in handling a Sales team & Channel Partners.
  • Would be preferred coming from the back ground of Cleaning Chemicals.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels.
  • High level of organization and time management to manage multiple accounts

and opportunities simultaneously.

  • Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools to track performance and sales

activities.

  • Would be required 50% travelling to visit the key customers & dealers across

India.
