Role & responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives. Understand potential of the Dealers & make a strategy accordingly for a sustainable business. Identifying the gap areas for the appointment of the new dealers to spread the footprints. Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and manage all stages of the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Map the Chemical demonstrations as per SOPs for the identification of the right customers wherein frontline team can invest their time to build up the customer base. Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients & Channel partners, ensuring end customer satisfaction and repeat business. Serve as the primary point of contact for major accounts, providing personalized solutions and delivering exceptional customer service. Collaborate closely with support teams & Logistics to ensure smooth execution and delivery. Market Intelligence & Reporting: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities. Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and performance metrics to senior management. Analyze customer needs, buying behaviors, and feedback to arrange an inventory management & Sales strategy. Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer support teams to drive alignment and support sales efforts. Mentor and provide guidance to junior sales team members, sharing best practices and offering coaching as needed. Participate in regular sales meetings and provide insights into market trends and customer requirements. Preferred candidate profile 12 to 15 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a coolant, cutting tools & Cleaning Chemicals with a track record of meeting or exceeding Sales. Experience in handling a Sales team & Channel Partners. Would be preferred coming from the back ground of Cleaning Chemicals. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels. High level of organization and time management to manage multiple accounts and opportunities simultaneously. Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools to track performance and sales activities. Would be required 50% travelling to visit the key customers & dealers across India.
