Minimum 2 years of proven field sales experience in freight forwarding (Air, Ocean, or both) is Mandatory

And should be from Logistic Background with Field Sales Experience into Domestic and international

Position Overview:

We are urgently hiring Field Sales professionals for key locations Bangalore, Kolkata, and Gurgaon. This role will be responsible for driving business growth in freight forwarding services (Air, Ocean, or both) by identifying and acquiring new clients, as well as nurturing existing customer relationships.

*Key Responsibilities:

*Acquire and manage new clients for freight forwarding services (Air/Ocean).

Develop sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and solution-based sales pitches.

Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through continuous prospecting and lead generation.

Collaborate with operations, pricing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Provide market feedback and competitor insights to the leadership team.

Report daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities using CRM tools.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of proven field sales experience in freight forwarding (Air, Ocean, or both).

Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain products and services.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Goal-oriented, self-driven, and capable of working independently.

Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to travel locally within the assigned territory.
