Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad
Shift: Night Shift (Mon – Friday)
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by building and maintaining strong client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services. We are looking for an individual with a strong business development mindset who is proactive in connecting with clients, scheduling meetings, and identifying new revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and a results-oriented approach. A solid understanding of the IT services industry and the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams are essential for success in this role.
· Maintain active relationships with existing clients to understand and bring in new IT requirements.
· Conduct regular engagement and relationship-building activities with clients to enhance satisfaction and retention.
· Identify opportunities for revenue growth within existing accounts and contribute to account planning.
· Generate new clients through networking, market research, outbound activities, and relationship building.
· Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in alignment with company goals.
· Participate in proposal creation, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
· Work closely with the Recruitment team to resolve hiring challenges and ensure delivery of qualified candidates to clients.
· Collaborate with internal employees to help identify and develop new business opportunities.
· Provide client insights and market feedback to internal teams to improve service offerings and operational efficiency.
· Support the development of business development strategies aligned with market trends and company objectives.
· Track sales activities, maintain accurate records, and update ATS tools as required.
