Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients across assigned territories.
- Facilitate onboarding of new lending partners and ensure smooth integration.
- Conduct market research to uncover trends, competitor insights, and growth opportunities.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with lenders and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach efforts with business goals.
- Track performance metrics and contribute to strategic planning initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA graduate or currently pursuing an MBA (Marketing, Finance, or related fields preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fintech, financial services, and digital lending ecosystems.
- Willingness to travel extensively across North and South Kerala.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
