monthly / quarterly revenue and billing targets


Candidate Profile

Business Development / Corporate Sales experience in Contract Staffing / General Staffing

  • Industry exposure across

    BFSI, FMCG, Retail, Pharma, E-commerce, Manufacturing, or Services

    (any 2–3 relevant sectors preferred)

new client acquisition (hunting)

manpower commercials, billing models, and margins

large headcounts and multi-location staffing engagements

high-ownership Individual Contributor

• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills

• Any Graduate
