Consoul Associate is a management consulting firm based in Kochi, Kerala. The consultancy services provided by the firm relate to process improvements, organizational change management, digitization etc. The company is presently looking for a suitable candidate to lead its sales & marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will plan and execute strategies to generate and engage with business partners/customers to expand the customer base for the company. This candidate should be focused and have strong communication skills. He/she should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute sales & marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

· Research, discover, and explore business opportunities

• Strong interest in sales, with the confidence to meet clients, present services, and close deals
• Willingness to travel for client visits, networking events, and industry interactions
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability (or strong aptitude) to generate leads, follow up consistently, and meet sales targets

Qualifications

· Graduation (MBA preferred)

· 1-3 years' prior industry-related business development experience

Skills

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Confident to communicate with Senior Management of client organizations

· Proven knowledge and execution of successful marketing and sales strategies

· Focused and goal-oriented

· Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
