Job Description

As a Business Development Manager (BDM) at our company, your primary role will be to drive revenue growth through the identification, acquisition, and retention of clients for our process consulting services. You will lead the sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing, establish strong client relationships, and ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate for this position will possess a solid understanding of process consulting and a proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the consulting or professional services industry. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and target potential clients in industries that can benefit from process consulting services. - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence. - Generate and nurture leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations. - Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and discussions with clients to showcase our service offerings. - Lead the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure. - Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities. Qualifications: Experience: - Minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B sales within consulting, manufacturing, or professional services. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a service-oriented environment. Skills: - Strong understanding of process consulting, business process improvement, and operational efficiency. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse stakeholders. - Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. - Ability to build and manage a sales pipeline. Education: - MBA / PGDM Key Competencies: - Client-focused approach with a consultative selling style. - Strategic thinker with the ability to align sales efforts with business goals. - Results-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills.
