Job Description

Job Overview:

The BDM will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, acquiring, and retaining

clients for the company's process consulting services. This role involves leading the sales cycle from

lead generation to contract signing, building strong client relationships, and to ensure successful

project delivery. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of process consulting and a proven

track record in B2B sales, preferably within the consulting or professional services industry.


Key Responsibilities:

o Identify and target potential clients in industries that can benefit from process

consulting services.

o Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and expand

market presence.

o Generate and nurture leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events.

o Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers within

client organizations.

o Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and discussions with clients to showcase

the company’s service offerings.

o Lead the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and proposal development

to negotiation and contract closure.

o Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to identify

new business opportunities.


Qualifications:

 Experience:

o Minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B sales in the field of

consulting, manufacturing or professional services

o Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a service-oriented

environment.


 Skills:

o Strong understanding of process consulting, business process improvement, and

operational efficiency.

o Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex

ideas to diverse stakeholders.

o Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

o Ability to build and manage a sales pipeline.

 Education:

o MBA / PGDM
