As a School Engagement Manager at Classess.com, your role will involve visiting schools to promote and communicate the benefits of our technology-based educational programs. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Visiting schools to effectively communicate the benefits and value of our products and programs. - Building and maintaining positive relationships with school administrators, teachers, and staff. - Presenting our Products and Services and aligning them with schools' educational goals and values. - Seeking collaboration opportunities with schools for joint events, workshops, or competitions. - Addressing inquiries and providing detailed information about modules, program schedules, and pricing. - Maintaining accurate records of school visits, interactions, and leads. - Collaborating with internal marketing and onboarding teams for consistent messaging and follow-up. - Staying updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our programs. Requirements: - Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer relations, preferably in an educational or related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with school administrators, staff, and decision-makers. - Enthusiasm for school education activities and their impact on students' holistic development. - Ability to articulate the benefits and value of our modules to a diverse range of stakeholders. - Excellent organizational and time management skills for planning school visits and follow-up activities. - Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and meet targets. - Flexibility to adapt to different school environments and their specific guidelines or preferences. - Basic knowledge of educational institutions and an understanding of the challenges and opportunities they face. Note: This position involves regular travel to schools within the designated area. A valid driver's license, access to reliable transportation, and a laptop are essential.
