The permanent, full-time Business Development Manager position, located in Pune. We are seeking candidates with a minimum of two years of sales experience for this role.
The primary responsibilities for this position include:
* **Client Acquisition & Revenue Generation:** Securing new client partnerships at competitive rates and driving revenue growth from these accounts.
* **Regional Management:** Overseeing specific regions, potentially encompassing multiple territories, to ensure comprehensive market penetration and mapping.
* **Business Development Cycle:** Managing the complete business development process from initiation to closure.
* **Market Intelligence:** Monitoring new projects, competitor activities, market shifts, and evolving business models.
* **Cross-Selling:** Promoting various Tapull service offerings, with a particular focus on HR solutions such as staffing, based on client needs.
* **Stakeholder Engagement:** Engaging with CXO-level executives, as well as finance, human resources, procurement, and commercial departments, to deliver customized solutions.
* **SLA Development:** Developing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) tailored to client requirements and business processes.
* **Team Leadership (if applicable):** This includes effective implementation of the field steering model, setting Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) for team members, conducting regular performance reviews, and providing constructive feedback.
* **Client Relationship Transition:** Communicating client specifications to the delivery team to ensure a seamless transition of client relationships.
