Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Pune. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include market research, lead generation, presenting solutions to clients, and negotiating contracts. The role also entails working closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets and provide client feedback for continuous improvement.

• Experience in market research, lead generation, and identifying business opportunities
• Strong skills in building and maintaining client relationships and negotiating contracts
• Ability to develop and implement strategies for revenue growth
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively with sales and marketing teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the training and educational industry is a plus
