Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Business Development Manager with 4 to 10 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in media sales.

Roles and Responsibility

Identify and research new business sales and market opportunities in strategic growth sectors.
Develop generated leads and close sales to achieve business objectives.
Engage with key stakeholders in prospective organizations to acquire new clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications or training programs are an added advantage.
Minimum 4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the service industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
Ability to meet sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Experience in client acquisition, business development, and lead generation is desirable.
