Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 4 to 7 years of experience in the hospitality industry, specifically in B2B sales, to join our team as a Business Development Manager (BDM) in Delhi, Noida, and Mumbai.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth through corporate B2B sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the hospitality industry.
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of competitors.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, including hotels, restaurants, travel, and airlines.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify new business opportunities.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Candidates should have their own vehicle and be willing to report daily to our office in Gurgaon.
The candidate should be based in Delhi/Noida.
