Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Software Services Sales Manager/BDM to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand our client base in the US region. This role requires a deep understanding of the software industry, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. Job Responsibilities: Generate prospects and manage a sales pipeline sufficient to achieve the targets. Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and building a strong pipeline. Develop compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value of our software services. Conduct needs/solutions analysis to position solutions effectively. Generate and follow up on proposals/offers to prospects. Identify and understand key decision makers, users, and influencers at assigned customer organizations. Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and the clients. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential challenges. Develop and maintain high-level relationships with key decision makers. Ensure the highest level of client satisfaction and reference ability. Desired Profile 3-7 years of experience in IT services and solutions sales in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. Candidates with 0-1 year of experience will be considered for the BDE position. Bachelor's Degree (Technology discipline preferred) Strong client focus and deep background in all aspects of the sales process and lifecycle, including the customer experience journey. Proven track record in strategic/consultative selling. Knowledge and experience in selling IT services and solutions in global delivery models. Demonstrable sales skills, a passionate selling mindset, and a client service focus. Action and result-oriented with high levels of energy, persistence, and self-motivation, with strong leadership and motivational capabilities. The candidate should possess a strong network of connections with SMB clients in the USA market. Should have a strong capacity for making decisions.
