Job Summary

Manager – Sales & Business Development

Key Responsibilities

1. Outreach & Client Engagement

• Proactively connect with qualified leads to initiate meaningful business conversations.
• Conduct client meetings (virtual and in-person) to understand requirements, present solutions, and build long-term trust.
• Act as a consultative sales partner, aligning solutions with client needs.

2. Proposal & Deal Management

• Develop accurate, customized, and competitive quotations in line with company pricing and profitability goals.
• Lead commercial negotiations, finalize agreements, and ensure timely closures.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to closure.

3. Team Training & Development

• Mentor and train the Outreach Team to improve their lead generation, client communication, and conversion effectiveness.
• Provide guidance on advanced sales techniques, objection handling, and strategic account management.
• Drive performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in

  international sales, business development, or account management

  with exposure to

  UK, USA, Australia, and European regions

  .
• Strong ability to

  engage, consult, and build trust with clients

  across cultures.
• Expertise in

  quotation development, pricing strategies, and deal negotiation

  .
• Experience in

  training, coaching, or leading sales teams

• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
