About the role:

  • Strategic Commercial Role

    : Join as their new Business Development Manager focused on Asia. You will drive material sourcing from Europe and sales in India, managing a significant revenue target starting from the fourth month.
  • Expand Your Network

    : Systematically build and manage relationships with European suppliers, scrap yards, and production sites to secure high-quality material supply. Develop a robust buyer-supplier network and create sustainable business opportunities across borders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    : Work closely with their marketing and commercial teams based in Spain. Initially, travel once a month with senior team members to understand their business style, platform, and client approach.
  • CRM & Data Management

    : Leverage their CRM system to efficiently track leads, suppliers, and sales information.
  • Strategic Alignment

    : Participate in strategy sessions at their Spain office with product leaders and marketing managers to adapt sourcing and sales plans to market needs in Asia.


Who You Are:

  • Experienced Professional

    : At least 3 years in metal trading or materials sourcing, particularly with

    aluminum or brass.

    Experience in cross-border trade between Europe and India is a plus.
  • Commercially Skilled

    : Previous experience as a trader, purchase manager, or similar role responsible for sourcing and selling industrial materials.
  • Strong Networker

    : Pre-existing contacts with European suppliers, scrap yards, or large industrial clients are highly valued.
  • Tech-Savvy

    : Comfortable with CRM systems and digital tools for sales and data tracking.
  • Proactive & Ambitious

    : Self-driven, goal-oriented, and motivated by challenges and results.
  • Market Knowledge

    : Solid understanding of aluminum and copper markets, preferably through hands-on experience with suppliers or trading operations.


What you'll do:

  • Revenue Generation

    : Achieve and manage a monthly sales target of €1,000,000 after the fourth month.
  • Supplier & Buyer Relations

    : Establish and maintain strong relationships with European suppliers and India-based buyers.
  • CRM & Reporting

    : Keep detailed records of supplier and buyer interactions, deals, and market intelligence.
  • Regular Check-Ins

    : Report directly to the CEO & Founder, with weekly progress meetings every Monday and Friday.
