As we expand, we're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help drive revenue and build long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, events, and partnerships. Understand the agencys digital services and pitch tailored solutions to potential clients. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets. Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and RFPs. Build and maintain strong client relationships with regular follow-ups and upselling opportunities. Work closely with internal teams (SEO, PPC, Content, Design, Development) to ensure project alignment and successful client onboarding. Stay updated on digital marketing trends and competitors to spot opportunities. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain a CRM to track leads, pipeline, and conversions. Requirements: 4+ years of experience in business development/sales in a digital marketing agency. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media, Web Development, etc.) Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently. Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc., is a plus.
