Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 6 to 8 years of proven experience in managing technology-driven projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, technical expertise, and project delivery skills to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Plan, execute, and deliver multiple technology projects on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to Agile/DevOps methodologies and project management best practices.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies with proactive resolution strategies.
• Track KPIs including delivery timelines, cost efficiency, and quality standards.
• Provide technical leadership in alignment with CTO-level objectives.
• Drive innovation and adoption of new tools, processes, and technologies.
• Maintain effective stakeholder communication and client satisfaction.
• Mentor and lead project teams to enhance productivity and engagement.

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 68 years of experience in IT project management with technical leadership exposure.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience in managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or Agile certifications preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strategic alignment to business goals.
