Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve the company's sales goals and objectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders. Collaborate with other departments, including sales, operations, and finance, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company and build relationships with potential clients. Prepare and present business development reports to senior management on a regular basis. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business development strategies and achieving sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
