We’re building the future of retail shopping through WoowLocal— A platform that connects nearby buyers and sellers with 15-minute delivery and in-store pickup. We’re looking for a passionate Business Development Manager to drive local shop onboarding, field marketing, and customer engagement campaigns.

This role is for those who thrive in the field, love building relationships with local businesses, and want to make a real impact on how cities shop.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard local shops and vendors onto the WoowLocal platform.
• Conduct product/service demonstrations for sellers and customers.
• Promote WoowLocal’s value proposition to shop owners and local communities.
• Develop and execute field marketing plans and sales promotions.
• Maintain CRM records of leads, contacts, and visits.
• Collaborate with the content and operations team for campaign execution.
• Generate weekly reports on outreach, leads, and conversions.
• Support onboarding and training for shop staff on the app.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of field sales or marketing experience (FMCG/eCommerce preferred).
• Strong communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
• Willingness to travel within Tirunelveli city.
• Proactive, energetic, and target-driven personality.
• Smartphone proficiency and ability to explain tech products to local vendors.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
