Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager with at least 1 year of experience in an IT company. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through IT services and solutions. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT services, software solutions, and digital products Generate leads through online platforms, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and quotations Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports to management Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or sales in an IT company Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, and digital technologies Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to understand client needs and convert them into business opportunities Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online lead-generation platforms Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently Preferred Skills Experience in B2B sales and client acquisition Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) Exposure to domestic or international IT clients Benefits Competitive salary  Career growth opportunities in the IT domain Professional and collaborative work environment
