Business Development Manager (BDM)

In this position, you will be involved in developing marketing strategies, implementing marketing plans, developing sales strategies, maintaining customer relations, and creating sales reports.Also you will held responsible for sales activity. We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive new business opportunities, generate leads, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT sales, networking products, or hardware solutions. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target potential clients through cold calls, field visits, emails, and networking. Promote IT products and solutions such as Laptops, Desktops, Networking Products, CCTV Systems, Servers, Firewalls, and AMC services. Understand customer needs and propose suitable products/services. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and quotations. Develop long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent post-sales support. Maintain and update customer database and sales reports. Work with internal technical/support teams to fulfill client requirements. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Skills Required: Proven experience in B2B IT sales or a similar business development role. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of IT hardware and software products. Self-motivated and target-driven. Proficient in MS Office, email writing, CRM tools. Work Nature: Field Work & Office Coordination Must be willing to travel within Pune and nearby regions for client meetings.
