Hiring: Business Development Manager (BDM) Chandigarh/Mohali Location : Remote Salary : ₹30,000 – ₹40,000/month (Fixed) + Minimum $100 Commission per Closed Client Experience Required : 2–5 Years Industry : Digital Marketing / SEO Services Company : Dental Master Media – SEO agency specializing in dental clinics worldwide About the Role We’re looking for a confident and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive client acquisition for our international dental SEO services. You’ll be responsible for generating and closing deals with dental clinics globally — especially in high-value markets like the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia. Key Responsibilities Generate your own leads through LinkedIn, cold email, outreach, networking, etc. Convert warm leads from our website, social media, and email campaigns Conduct sales calls, consultations, and follow-ups Close SEO, website, and local SEO (GMB) service packages Use ClickUp CRM to track your sales pipeline and activity (Optional) Maintain client relationships with monthly check-ins to unlock recurring commissions Compensation Base Salary : ₹30,000 – ₹40,000/month (based on experience) Commission : Minimum $100 per client closed Monthly Performance Bonuses available based on number of clients closed Optional Recurring Commission : 5% per month for up to 12 months if you manage monthly client meetings Requirements 2–5 years of experience in business development or digital sales Proven ability to independently generate and close leads Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing services Prior experience selling SEO services is highly preferred Excellent communication and written English skills Ability to manage outbound and inbound leads with minimal supervision What We Provide Warm Leads : From website inquiries, email campaigns, and social media ClickUp CRM access for pipeline and sales tracking Sales Assets : Pitch decks, service overviews, pricing info, email templates, and case studies Support from our SEO and marketing teams for smooth handovers post-sale While we provide warm leads, you’ll be expected to proactively generate leads and close them.
