Build strong client relationships and manage ongoing accounts. Generate leads via LinkedIn, Upwork, email, and B2B platforms. Collaborate with internal teams for proposals and project delivery. Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth. Requirements: Minimum 4 years in IT business development/sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven experience in handling international clients.
