We are hiring a Field Sales BDM who will be responsible for generating meetings, visiting clients , and closing sales for digital marketing services such as SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Website Development. Key Responsibilities: Field visit to local businesses and startups for client acquisition Generate leads through market visits, cold calling, and local networking Fix and attend client meetings to understand business needs Pitch digital marketing services face-to-face and explain ROI Coordinate with internal team to prepare proposals and pricing Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets Maintain follow-up and build long-term relationships with clients Submit daily reports of meetings and conversions to the manager Required Skills: Strong communication and convincing skills in Hindi/English Good local market knowledge and confidence in field sales Ability to explain digital marketing services in a simple way Two-wheeler (preferred) and willingness to travel locally Basic understanding of digital marketing (training can be provided) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
