Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to drive our franchise growth and educational outreach in the region. The ideal candidate will be passionate about business expansion, confident in public speaking, and skilled in relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

Franchise Expansion:

Identify potential partners and onboard new franchisees across the state to expand the brand’s footprint.

Daily Travel:

Travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet potential franchise partners, schools, and educational institutions.

Communication Lab Promotion:

Promote and establish Communication Labs in schools by conducting impactful presentations to educational channel partners.

Presentation & Public Speaking:

Deliver compelling business and academic presentations to school administrators, franchise prospects, and stakeholders.

Communication Skills:

Maintain fluent and professional communication in English to interact effectively with clients and partners.

Reporting & Strategy:

Provide regular updates on outreach efforts, leads, and closures; contribute to business development strategies based on field insights.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in business development, franchise sales, or educational outreach (preferred)

Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

Fluent in spoken and written English

Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability

Willingness to travel extensively within the state

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,095.57 - ₹58,942.03 per month

• Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
