Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up on leads, and assist in converting enquiries into admissions. The Telecaller will play a key role in promoting our spoken English and IELTS programs and ensuring excellent customer communication.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on existing leads.
✅ Handle inbound calls, provide information about courses (Spoken English, IELTS, etc.), and resolve queries.✅ Maintain and update call records, follow-up status, and lead database.✅ Assist the counsellor and centre team in converting enquiries into admissions.✅ Coordinate with the marketing team for lead feedback and reporting.✅ Maintain a professional and courteous approach in all communications.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus).- Confident and polite phone manner.- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, lead tracking tools).- Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred (freshers with good communication skills may apply).- Ability to handle targets and deadlines.
