Position Title: Business Development Manager
About the Role:
A fast-growing fintech platform is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager with expertise in B2B lending and working capital financing. The role focuses on sourcing and onboarding MSMEs, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding the ecosystem across sectors and geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard MSMEs and mid-market enterprises in need of working capital.
Source and structure invoice discounting and supply chain finance opportunities.
Build strong relationships with CFOs, finance heads, and treasury teams.
Partner with banks, NBFCs, and institutional lenders for co-lending opportunities.
Work with credit insurance partners to structure insured lending solutions.
Educate clients on the lending model, credit coverage, escrow flows, and settlement framework.
Maintain a quality pipeline, drive conversions, and optimize the sales process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Economics (MBA preferred).
5–10 years of experience in B2B lending, banking, NBFCs, or financial institutions.
Strong knowledge of invoice discounting, factoring, supply chain/vendor financing, and credit insurance.
Proven track record in deal origination, structuring, and closure.
Excellent client management and networking skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Preferred Background:
Experience in receivable finance platforms, TReDS, or anchor-led supply chain finance.
Exposure to digital lending or embedded finance models.
Familiarity with credit underwriting and escrow-based deal execution.

Pay: ₹259,474.94 - ₹1,149,913.72 per year
