We are looking for a proactive and results-driven professional with expertise in business development, client relationship management, market expansion, and strategic sales. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, excellent communication, and the ability to identify new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new corporate clients to achieve revenue targets. Develop and implement strategic sales plans for business expansion. Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calls, and industry events. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients for long-term partnerships. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring seamless communication. Understand client needs and provide tailored business solutions. Develop competitive proposals and negotiate contracts for optimal profitability. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to refine sales strategies. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends. Collaborate with marketing teams for targeted campaigns and client outreach. Ensure high client satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing timely resolutions. Work closely with internal teams (operations, finance, and marketing) for smooth service delivery. Maintain accurate records of sales performance, client interactions, and revenue forecasts. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on progress, challenges, and opportunities. Required Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills Prior experience of 2-7 years in Corporate events Acquiring new clients, new business acquisitions with Event Industry.
