Job Summary:

KMS & MTR Research Industry is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager with 5-15 years of experience in the clinical research industry (Bioanalytical and Analytical facility Lab). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and fostering client relationships in the clinical trials domain.

Hiring Both Executives and Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients, including pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies for clinical trial services.
• Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare and present business proposals, budgets, and contracts in coordination with internal teams.
• Market Research & Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates to identify new business opportunities.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (operations, regulatory, and project management) to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Attend Conferences & Networking Events: Represent Voxtur at industry conferences, exhibitions, and meetings to expand the business network.
• Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain records of business development activities, prepare sales forecasts, and provide regular updates to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 5-6 years of proven experience in business development within the clinical research industry.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, regulations, and CRO services.
• Sales Acumen: Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Networking Ability: Ability to build and maintain industry relationships.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strategic thinking and ability to identify business growth opportunities.
• Flexibility to Travel: Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and business opportunities.
