Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and outreach. Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their HR needs and present tailored solutions. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business development strategies and goals. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth. Sales and Marketing: Create and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients. Coordinate with the marketing team to develop materials and campaigns that support business development efforts. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services. Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and concerns. Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Provide insights and recommendations to adapt strategies and stay ahead in the market. Reporting and Forecasting: Track and report on business development activities, sales pipeline, and performance metrics. Prepare regular reports and forecasts for management review.
