Whether you're applying as a BDM or BDE, you'll play a key role in client acquisition, investor onboarding, and business partner recruitment. If you have strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and experience in financial services or high-value B2C/B2B sales, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate leads through networking, events, and referrals Acquire and onboard clients (HNI, retail, institutional) for financial products & services Recruit, train, and manage Business Associates/Partners (primarily for BDM role) Achieve monthly and quarterly sales & revenue targets Maintain up-to-date CRM records and ensure excellent post-sales service Build long-term relationships and leverage cross-selling opportunities Requirements: Graduate/MBA in Business, Finance, or Marketing (preferred) 1–5 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or high-ticket sales Candidates from the Banking, Insurance, or Financial Advisory sectors preferred Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets Willingness to travel locally as needed Familiarity with SEBI/AMFI regulations is a plus.
