Key Responsibilities: Handle high-volume inbound and outbound sales calls from US-based customers Convert travel inquiries into confirmed bookings with personalized travel solutions Cross-sell and upsell flights, hotels, insurance, and travel services Build customized travel itineraries based on client requirements Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs Use GDS platforms (preferably Amadeus) to manage bookings and fares Candidate Requirements: For Travel Sales Agents: Minimum 2 years of experience in US travel sales (voice process) Strong knowledge of international destinations and travel routing Proficiency in Amadeus or any GDS platform Excellent verbal communication and sales skills Must be comfortable with night shifts and working from office For Team Leaders: Minimum 5 years of experience in US travel sales including team management Ability to lead and motivate a sales team Proven track record in meeting team targets Perks and Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience Unlimited performance-based incentives Opportunity to grow in a fast-paced work environment Career advancement with a leading brand in international travel
