Business Development Manager (BDM) IT Services

As a Business Development Manager (BDM) for IT Services, you will play a crucial role in expanding market reach and driving revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing sales strategies to generate new business in domestic and international digital markets. - Meeting lead generation and conversion targets effectively. - Building and nurturing relationships with client decision-makers to identify opportunities and drive account growth. - Generating new leads and business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and outreach. - Collaborating with the marketing team on lead nurturing strategies. - Identifying key prospects/partners, communicating tailored value propositions, and establishing long-term partnerships. - Conducting independent market and competitive research to support sales strategy. - Focusing 100% on new business development in a hunting role. - Scheduling and conducting meetings/calls with new prospects alongside the sales team. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum 4 years of outbound sales experience in domestic and/or international markets. - Strong preference for B2B sales experience. - Education in English medium. - Passion and drive for building a career in sales/inside sales. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Proven ability to work independently and manage a pipeline of opportunities effectively.,
