Business Development Manager (BDM)

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will play a key role in driving the growth of our property management portfolio. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with property owners, investors, and real estate professionals, and promoting the company’s services to expand market share.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the property management sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, real estate agents, investors, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive offerings, and potential areas for expansion.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth targets.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to enhance service offerings and client engagement.
• Attend networking events, property expos, and industry conferences to promote the company’s services.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Track sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or property management.
• Strong understanding of property management services, real estate market trends, and client needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong networking skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
