Business Development Manager

Objective:

We are looking for a dynamic, well-connected professional to spearhead brand partnerships, influencer collaborations, and event activations. This role plays a pivotal part in driving revenue and scaling our presence in the branded content and IP ecosystem. If you thrive in building relationships, closing deals, and crafting innovative brand experiences, this is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Find and build meaningful partnerships with cool brands across FMCG, fashion, tech, lifestyle, and more.
  • Create and run creative campaigns with influencers, artists, events, and brand collaborations that leave an impact.
  • Use your network to bring in new opportunities and help brands grow.
  • Support revenue growth across digital, events, and marketing channels in smart and creative ways.
  • Work closely with teams to put together engaging proposals, presentations, and campaign ideas.
  • Stay active on LinkedIn and other platforms to connect with brands and decision-makers.
  • Ensure campaigns run smoothly and results are shared clearly, solving problems along the way.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

  • 2–5 years of experience in brand partnerships or business development.
  • Good relationships with brands, marketing teams, and media agencies.
  • A knack for working with influencers, artists, and campaign planning.
  • Experience in activations, sponsorships, or influencer campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A positive, self-driven attitude with a focus on results.

Good to Have:

  • Prior experience with talent management, event IPs, or influencer-driven campaigns.
  • Connections with D2C, startup, and youth-focused brands.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, creative agency environment.
